Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Our customers our extremely important to us and if for any reason you would
like to request a refund for your most recent product order Simply contact our
customer support center by phone to request an RMA number and just send back
your unopened product order for a refund in accordance to our cancellation and
refund policies. We suggest sending all refund requests with a delivery
confirmation to insure your returned product was received by our shipping
department to be processed.
Q: How long does it take to see my refund credit in my account?
A: We try to process all refund
requests within 7-10 business days from the time they are received by our
shipping department, although depending on your banking institution please allow
up to 30 days for you to see your credit on your statement. To insure delivery
time we request all returns to be delivered with a delivery confirmation and
have an RMA number attached to apply the return to your account.
